An easy drinker with great structure and acidity to enjoy with food
The 2008 Riesling was sourced from Lonesome Springs Ranch just outside Benton City, Washington in the Columbia Valley AVA. The summer was long and temperate preserving the acidity and enhancing varietal characteristics.
The fruit was fermented at 55-58 degrees in steel and the fermentation was stopped with 5% residual sugar. The pH remained at 2.92 with a perfect balance between malic and tartaric acids.
