Accented by the tropical flavors of late picked sauvignon blanc.
This beautiful white wine blend came from equal parts of four grapes:
The first three grapes are from the Willamette Valley and the sauvignon blanc from the Columbia valley in eastern Washington.
The citrus flavors and spicy mineral tones of the Oregon grapes are accented by the tropical flavors of late picked sauvignon blanc. Long lees stirring added weight and body.
All were fermented in neutral wood and were taken through malolactic fermentation.
