2004 Three

A blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Melon de Bourgogne. Its pear, citrus and spice flavors with a velvety texture make it a delightful summer food wine.

Bright citrus tones with a rich finish make this a great food wine

Winemaker's Notes

One-third Pinot Blanc grapes from Arcus Vineyards, one-third Dijon 76 Chardonnay from Carabella Vineyards, and one-third Melon de Bourgogne from Eyrie Vineyards.

Neutral wood fermented with lees stirring every 2 weeks. 100% malolactic secondary fermentation. Bottled after 11 months in barrel.

In May 2007, Three has become seamless, intensely scented and velvety in texture. It is drinking beautifully.
